Otterburn Flooding - Flood Plan

Following the flooding in Otterburn in August Colin Hall from the Environmental Agency will be attending the Parish Council on Tuesday 1 October.
He will be speaking about a flood plan and an action group that will help to prepare for any future flooding locally.
